I am so satisfied with my experience here! I needed polo shirts embroidered with our company logo in under two weeks for an important meeting. A couple places I called said they could not do that in that time frame, and a couple places I called didn't even pick up. From the moment I called Chicago Uniform Company, everything went very smoothly. Uly and Tyler from the embroidery department were super helpful and friendly, they did an awesome job of explaining how everything would work including the logo digitizing process. Then when I came into the store with my polo shirts to get them embroidered, Roger was super professional and straightforward. We looked over the logo together, and he made sure I was happy with the colors and sizing before getting started. My 4 shirts were done in about 30 minutes. Roger encouraged me to look over every one and make sure that it matched my standards, he even fixed a stray thread that I spotted. The whole process was great. Overall, I'm very happy that I went with Chicago Uniform Company to complete the embroidery process before the deadline. My bosses were super pleased with their polo shirts, and we will be returning when we are ready to get more shirts for the team in the future.

I’ve been coming to the uniform store for years now for my uniforms, shoes and work accessories. It’s a wonderful diversity in this place! Very clean, neat and most importantly the store has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve received phenomenal customer service from a specific employee. His name is Luis Zavala (hope that’s how you spell it) I’ve not only had great customer service with him but I have witnessed great integrity from this particular employee he treats everyone with kindness and it’s really great to see consistency with an employee showing greatness in our day and age! I hope he sees this message and continue to be the amazing person that he is !

From the moment I entered I was immediately taken care of. I was greeted by Rodger and Marlene and the rest was history. The amount of time and attention to detail that they spent with me was TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very curvy and they were so patient to get me the sizes I needed. Overall, this store knows how to make their clients feel well taken care of.

One of the best locations where the entire staff offers exceptional customer service!!! They are very organized and Professional. Special thanks to ZAVALA!!! He has made every single visit hassle free!! Zavala is not only knowledgeable but he’s dedicated, prompt, prepared and simply amazing at what he does!!! I will be returning not only for work related attire but for custom items as well. Thank you
